Mission Statement
It is a privilege to be able to make
reverse mortgages available to all seniors throughout Vermont. This will
be done in a manner which gives elders the opportunity to decide for
themselves whether or not a reverse mortgage is appropriate. Business
Philosophy
The best way to grow a business is to concentrate on providing the
highest level of personal, ethical service. This should be done in a manner
which cultivates the good will and confidence of the client instead of
concentrating on the sale. Therefore, the level of personal referrals is the
best indicator of success, not the number of loans clients sign up for.
Application Policy
For their convenience, and because the home is a critical component of
the transaction whenever possible we will take application in the clients
home. Seniors deserve and need the time to consider their financing options
thoroughly. Therefore, we will not ask for a decision or accept a reverse
mortgage application on the first visit.
Phone/Call Back Policy
To insure clients the greatest possible access, direct line phone numbers
will be available. That means the calls do not go through a receptionist or
one of those touch twenty different numbers phone systems. It rings through
to the desk.
Every effort is to be made to return all calls every day. To assure clients
this policy is in effect the day’s date will be recorded along with a new
message. When out of the office, our personal cell phone number will always
be included in the recorded message as well.
